My goal is to help you re-imagine and re-create your life. With extensive experience in Life Coaching and a vast history of client success, my individualized positive and transformative approach will help you attain your goals and move past what slows you down.
After working in the corporate world for 15+ years, I decided to pursue my passion, helping others grow. I began coaching in 2018 after my Mom was diagnosed with Glioblastoma (brain cancer). After a four year battle, we lost my Mom in March of 2022. We were blessed with four years to look at life differently and quickly realize quality time matters. I was awakened by her diagnosis, realizing it's life before work; not work before life. I want to create a life with meaning not just one that pays the bills. Since 2018, I have helped many people from all over the world get unstuck and be the best versions of themselves.
I was born with dwarfism, I stand four feet two inches tall. My life has thrown many obstacles my way, both controllable and uncontrollable. I have been doubted and judged since I can remember. "She can't do that" is a common thing I have always heard. Me, being the rebel I am, was always out to prove everyone wrong. If I heard "she can't do that", I would go out and do it. Sometimes I would be challenged harder by the ones who doubted me. This was a common occurance starting in grade school and going far into my career.
One day I woke up. Why do I need to prove myself to all of these people who have zero impact in my life? I don't. The only person I need approval from is me. And that's when I let it all go and started living.
Committing to a better version of you is just that – a commitment, and it’s a big one that will take a lot a dedication. My commitment is to provide you with accountability, understanding and support.
Meet Mick. Mick is my coach. He pushes me to grow and see beyond the horizon. He believes in me.
Meet Herman. Herman advocates against bullying. He instills pawsitivity in everyone. Herman oversees the day to day activity.
Meet Ethel. Ethel was a super model, upon retiring she felt like she had no skills except her good looks. With a little coaching, Ethel quickly launched into her role in helping advocate in the community.
Update: Ethel passed away in July of 2022, she still holds her spot here.
Meet Lily. Lily is deaf, but that doesn't mean she's not the first one to greet everyone. Lily is on her way to graduate from the University of Barkley in 2024, she has been held back a year because of her maniac tendancies.
